Tabriz Municipality, in implementing Article 1 of the Law on Sustainable Income and Expenses of Municipalities and in line with targeted investment and participation and benefiting from the facilities, capacities, and capabilities of respected investors to realize urban development plans, intends to publish a call for identifying eligible investors in different axes.
According to the report of the Investment and Public Participation Organization of Tabriz Municipality, the axes of this call include the following:
- exploitation of historical houses,
- development of renewable energy,
- waste management and urban services,
- Advertising, cultural, and sports fields
- residential, service and exhibition,
- Recreational, welfare, tourism,
- transportation and traffic,
- re-creation of the worn-out fabric
- and ideas, plans, and knowledge-based products
In a part of this call, it is stated that “all interested natural and legal investors are invited to submit their proposals within the form of axes and investment opportunities listed on the website at tis2024.com no later than 08, July 2024, via including the relevant resume.
This call is only to identify valuable investors and declare their readiness and does not bring about any obligation to enter into a contract.
